Train-The-Trainer

The supply of a new training module becomes useless when the instructors are not being trained to work with it. Therefore Nautech supplies this module, in which the new instructors get familiarized with the operation of the equipment and they learn how to teach their knowledge on this subject to the students.

Besides the didactics, new trainers learn also to do small maintenance on the equipment and get accustomed to the safety rules around a center. Depending on the present experience of the new trainer, it would take about 8 to 12 weeks to educate a trainer with a complete OPITO course program.
